• Hosting: our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs as part of normal hosting operations.

• Payment processing: payments are handled by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor and are handled under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
• Forms and email: messages sent through our contact form and email signups are stored in our customer management system and delivered to us by our form and email service providers, so we can reply and send the updates you asked for.
• Shipping: to deliver your order, we share your name and shipping address with USPS, directly or through a postage label service.
• Legal requirements: if required to comply with a subpoena, legal process, or to protect our rights.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are most useful. These cookies don't identify you by name, and we don't use them for advertising. Standard browser and hosting logs are retained for security and performance purposes. Peak Defense Works is based in the United States and currently ships to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC only. Your information is processed and stored in the United States.
