Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed with Peak Defense Works, based in Central Utah. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. These terms include our Refund and Return Policy, Warranty, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally allowed to purchase and possess the items you order at your delivery address.

Products and Availability

Peak Defense Works designs and 3D prints chassis systems and accessories for the Taurus TX22 in Central Utah. Pricing, availability, and product details on this site may change without notice. We work to describe and photograph every product accurately. Because each item is 3D printed, small variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are handled by a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor, and we never store your full card number on our servers. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

• By placing an order, you confirm you're 18 or older.
• Item prices, shipping, and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We review every website order by hand before it ships. Some items can't ship to some states, and checkout tells you before you pay.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or items that cannot be lawfully shipped. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.
• The charge on your card statement will reference Peak Defense Works.

Shipping and Returns

• We ship by USPS to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Most orders leave the shop within 4 to 6 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
• Unused, resellable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.
• Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 60 days from purchase under our Warranty.

Product Use and Legal Compliance

Peak Defense Works sells chassis systems, braces, and accessories. Our products are accessories, not firearms, and we do not sell firearms. Some accessories, including pistol braces and magazines, are restricted in certain states, cities, and counties.

Products are sold for lawful use only. It is your responsibility to know and follow all federal, state, and local laws that apply to firearm accessories, pistol braces, and any resulting configuration in your jurisdiction before you buy or install a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe the product cannot be lawfully possessed or used.

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

Fit and Compatibility

Unless a product page says otherwise, our products are designed to fit the Taurus TX22 in its factory configuration. We can't guarantee fit or function on firearms that have been modified or fitted with aftermarket parts, such as aftermarket barrels, slides, or frames. If you're unsure whether a product will work with your setup, contact us before you order.

Installation and Assumption of Risk

Firearms are dangerous, and installing aftermarket parts carries risk. By buying and installing our products, you accept those risks and agree that you are responsible for:

• Confirming your firearm is unloaded before installing, adjusting, or removing any product
• Following the firearm manufacturer's safety guidance and our installation instructions
• Inspecting your setup before use and having a qualified gunsmith check it if you're unsure
• Safe handling, storage, and use of your firearm at all times

We are not responsible for injury, death, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, modification of our products, use with modified firearms, or failure to follow safety guidance.

Warranty Disclaimer

Apart from the limited warranty described in our Warranty policy, our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or damage to your firearm or other property. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peak Defense Works and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise from your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

Third-Party Services

We rely on outside providers to run our business, including our payment processor and shipping carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their delays, outages, or errors, though we'll help you sort out any problem with your order. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we don't control their content.

Intellectual Property

Our product designs, 3D models, product photos, website content, and the Peak Defense Works name and logo belong to Peak Defense Works. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or sell our designs or reuse our content without written permission.

State-Specific Notices

Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers or limits on liability, so some of the limits in these terms may not apply to you. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Utah, after a good-faith attempt to resolve it directly with us first. If you have a problem with a charge or an order, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer so we can make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our site, services, or legal obligations change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.

General

These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the full agreement between you and Peak Defense Works. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
