Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship by USPS to addresses in the lower 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Processing Time

Every order is printed, finished, and inspected in our Utah shop. Most orders leave the shop within 4 to 6 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. During product launches and busy seasons this can run longer, and we'll email you if your order is delayed.

Shipping Cost and Delivery

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size, and is shown before you pay.
• Orders of $100 or more ship free.
• Orders ship by USPS or UPS. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can be affected by weather, holidays, and other delays outside our control.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email after checkout, and a second email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before the order ships and we'll fix it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and help resolve it.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it. See our Refund and Return Policy.
• Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded minus original shipping.

Restricted Items and Locations

Some of our products, including pistol braces and magazines, are regulated differently from state to state and in some cities and counties. We do not knowingly ship any item to a location where it is prohibited.

• You are responsible for knowing and following the federal, state, and local laws that apply to the items you order at your delivery address.
• We may cancel and fully refund any order, or any item in an order, that we believe cannot be lawfully shipped to or possessed at the delivery address.
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.
• We do not sell or ship firearms.
