Warranty

What's Covered

Every Peak Defense Works product carries a limited warranty for 60 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, such as a part that cracks, breaks, or won't fit a factory Taurus TX22 the way it should.

If something goes wrong, we'd rather fix it than argue about it. Reach out and we'll work with you.

How Replacements Work

• Email us with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo of the part.
• Once your claim is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Sending the part back to us costs you nothing.
• When the part arrives, we'll ship you a new one. You pay the standard shipping cost for the replacement to reach you.
• If we can't replace the item, for example because it's discontinued, we'll offer a comparable product or a refund of the purchase price.

Items that arrive damaged in shipping or are not what you ordered are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, and we cover shipping both ways.

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation, including over-tightened hardware
• Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Peak Defense Works
• Fit or function problems on firearms that have been modified or fitted with aftermarket parts
• Damage from excessive heat, solvents, or harsh chemicals
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, and cosmetic wear from use
• Small layer lines and surface texture, which are a normal part of the 3D printing process
• Your firearm or any part not made by Peak Defense Works

How to File a Claim

Email peakdefenseworks@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll reply with next steps. Please don't send items back before we've approved the claim and sent your label.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing the defective product or, if we can't, refunding its purchase price. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and is part of our Terms and Conditions.
